I know that fuel isn't going where it is supposed to go and i am wondering about the fuse panel. Mine came with no manual, and the haynes i just picked up doesn't have it either. If anyone knows anything about this issue or has a diagram could ya please help me out?

I can not start my truck and want to know if the fuel pumps on my truck are electric or not.
